KY Landlord Law is Moving to Substack
Posted by Stephen Marshall on
The only constant in this world is change. And that’s true for KY Landlord Law as well. The growth and popularity of the blog and YouTube channel have presented new opportunities for us, and we’ve decided to move to a new model.
Going forward, the best of my new content will be featured on Substack. My first post will go live tomorrow morning, so make sure to keep your eye out for it. It’s a banger on the new process for dealing with squatters that will take effect later this month.
Each Tuesday for the rest of the summer, at least, I’ll post about legal issues affecting the rental industry.
The Bad News: Because of the popularity of the site, KLL is going to a subscription model. That means most new posts and the KLL blog and YouTube archive will no longer be free.
The Good News: Because of the popularity of the site, it will be very inexpensive. All subscribers for the remainder of 2025 will get in at $5 per month or $50 per year.
So that’s it, that’s the change. Make sure you bookmark my Substack at this link. And keep your eyes open for my post tomorrow morning.
Hope you’re having a fantastic summer* so far.
Stephen

*Yes, I know it’s not technically summer yet. But when schools are out, it’s summer. :)
