  • Great question. The law itself only references “dogs”, so it remains to be seen how courts will apply it to assurance animals. Since landlords are legally required to allow assistance animals, I think they would escape liability for those.

  • Great video! Does this dog bite bill INCLUDE emotional/ service support animals or just ordinary “pets”?
